Follow these tips when taking your photo! If you can't follow these steps exactly or already have your photo chosen, don't worry! We have a dedicated team that reviews all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo does not meet our criteria, we will inform you once we have received your order and help you choose a more suitable one.

• Close-up photos work best!

• Make sure it doesn't look blurry.

• Take your photo in natural light and do not use flash.

• Make sure that people appear complete in the photo and that no feet or hands are cut off.

• A minimum size of 500px x 500px is required.
